Diaper Changing Distractions

So, I was tired of the constant wrestling match that is diaper changing time. So, I decided to create this.

I used a piece of MDF covered it with a layer of quilt batting, and rigged a piece of fabric over it so that it can be removed and washed if necessary.

I added velcro straps to it to hold toys that JM or RL can play with while they are laying there. The toys can dangle to be played with, or easily removed.

I also added a little pocket so that the toys that won't work with the velcro straps could still be used. So far it's been great, but I think it needs some improvements. When I get some time I think it will be redone, but for now it works great!
